Preparing purchase orders, making payments to exporter, and handling delivery of shipments.Managing sales, preparing invoices for clients, payments follow up and maintaining accounts receivables.Leading and directing the finance staff in all matters and including financial record maintenance.Managing the payroll of company.Conducting internal audit of the company.Supporting the auditor during annual audit of the Company.Managing income and sales tax of the company.Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.Managing all staff of the company administratively.Providing recommendations and assistance on financial and administrative matters to the CEO.Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close

Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirementsMaintaining staff by establishing a recruiting and interviewing programsPrepares employees for assignments by conducting orientation and training programsHandling the daily petty cash and preparation of vouchers, invoices & bills etc. Preparing and maintaining personals and administrative recordsSupporting the auditor during annual audit of the Company.Managing income and sales tax of the company.Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
