Job ResponsibilitiesLeading and managing the finance department and reporting to CEO.Preparing the financial statements of the company.Preparing and implementing the financial and administrative rules and regulation of the company.Managing the accounting system on Quick Books.Managing, updating and implementing accounting system of the company.Managing inventory, inventory store and its recording on the system.Managing assets, assets register and in system.Handling the imports, vendors and accounts payable. Preparing purchase orders, making payments to exporter, and handling delivery of shipments.Managing sales, preparing invoices for clients, payments follow up and maintaining accounts receivables.Leading and directing the finance staff in all matters and including financial record maintenance.Managing the payroll of company.Conducting internal audit of the company.Supporting the auditor during annual audit of the Company.Managing income and sales tax of the company.Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.Managing all staff of the company administratively.Providing recommendations and assistance on financial and administrative matters to the CEO.Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
