Developed and conducted research based tools and surveys to assess the Early Childhood Education material in accordance with the National curriculum.Designed and conducted oral tests for the targeted vulnerable children come under NSP schools.Reviewed text books of Class -I published by PTB and conducted a pilot test project to evaluate the learning outcomes in accordance with SLOs.Was also involved in communication and counselling of PEF partner school heads and teachers to sort and resolve the academic as well as administrative issues. Monitored and evaluated the Quality Assurance Tests conduction procedures to report and suggest realistic improvements as per SOPs. During the QATs conduction, I was also assigned to regularly brief all the departments regarding conduction and field monitoring schedules, achievements and challenges. Designed and delivered training of trainers, screened & reviewed the academic and teachers’ training contents for different programs of PEF in accordance with the standards of National curriculum. The biggest challenge was to develop and shared multi code tests for all the programs of PEF, based on the multi syllabi with different difficulty levels covering 36 districts of Punjab. Show less
