Do quality audits of vendors for SAHARA to finalize the factory in order to start the production of Safe Food as per SAHARA QUALITY STANDARD.• Check the Quality related activity at the different Vendor location.• Develop Manual for staples foods flour.• Develop the SOP’s & SSOP’s for Food Vendor.• Reporting directly to Corporate Head-QA for day to day activities.• Responsible for maintaining Sahara Quality Standards, for raw material and finished product to ensure safe for Human consumption.• Ensuring that all activities are performed in accordance with GMP, Health and Safety policies.• Responsible for Process development at Food Vendor end which needs improvement.• Responsible for labelling compliance.• Implementation & regular follow up of product quality index for finished product.• Proper root cause analysis at vendor site, take corrective action & preventive measures.• Follow up and implementation of ISO 22000:2005 (FSMS) at vendor packer.• Handling customer complaints & done proper root cause analysis and take CAPA.• Prepare product FMEA for processed and staples foods.• Conduct training at vendor packer site on food safety & quality related topic such as FSMS, GMP, GHP, HACCP, SQMS etc.• Supported vendor for lab development, fumigation process, and critical equipment selection.• Follow up with vendor’s for the corrective action taken related to audit findings.• Work on FOP & BOP and legal requirement for product packing material.
