Senior Customer Services Advisor, European Key Accounts
CurrentManaging Key Accounts including LFC and Sports Direct, JD, DW Sports ensuring all customer and business expectations are met. Key Responbilities are to ensure I understand and translate customerbusiness goals into actionable plans through the convsersion of the orderbook. Managing the order book for Liverpool Football Club, I am responsible for ensuring all Reatil Launches are mer and also I managed the GOK orderbook for the players again ensuring that all deliveries were on time for start of the season, traning and tours. I also work with customer like Sports Direct, JD similar to LFC I mange the conversion of their order book, I will work with the customer to review their expectations with regards to deliveries and as they require pre-work to their products prior to delivery, for example the RRP adding to the product, also ifthey have particular carton requirements. I will then work with the Purchasingand Logistics team to relay this information to ensure all deliveries expectations are met. Whilst the customer is my main focus on a day to day basis, I also ensure that the New Balance values and strategies are met, to enable this I ensure that I'm providing an excellent service to the customer which will also results to the company achieving their KPI.
