The Technical Project Manager is the owner and gate keeper of projects assigned to him/her, furthermore the Technical Project Manager is responsible for estimate, technical design, development process etc. in direct contact with clients and customers.The Technical Project Manager needs to coordinate technical project activities; supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures for technical project management and the technical development process.

Chief Software Architect is responsible for Software requirement study, System analysis, design and team lead. S/he also responsible on the following issues:• Maintain and develop company standard document for all phase of SDLC. • Follow Company Quality policy through out the SDLC• Project Leading• Software development, testing, debugging and implementation• Monitor team member’s work and Maintain backup for the project • Maintaining backup of daily work• Communicate with Local and Foreign Clients• Response customer support call and give support • Plan and conduct user training• Prepare presentation using various presentation utilities and conduct demonstration for probable customers • Report to Director / Managing Director, Software about project/module status
