My Responsibilities is studying all about general banking knowledge, product and operational in BNI -In Service Training Experience at SME Business Center (BNI SBE Melawai ). My responsibilities is assisting & mirroring The Relationship Manager in BNI SBE Melawai to process new, additional and review credit at Branch Credit Management (BCM) level. Besides that, at this In Service Training Experience stage, I also learned a lot about how to communicate with debtors. Debtors at SBE Melawai have many variations of business fields, where the dominating business field is contractors, besides learning to communicate, I also learn various business cycles from debtors, and learn a lot of knowledge and credit regulations at BNI.
