Developing and implementing security measures for the Clients organizations. Maintaining good relations between our Security Services and the client with regards to security services rendered according to client's SLA. Prepare a SOP and constantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the client regarding the improvement of services. I am responsible for a formal security risk assessment to be done for all new and existing sites, analyzing existing security procedures drafting security recommendations based on the assessment and report all findings and recommendations to the upper management for increased efficient security. Creating and reviewing security assessments to compare previous and current risk performance. To minimize security threats by examining infrastructure and devices, identifying security flaws, and using control analysis to follow up with a prompt solution. My Security services encompasses the very essence of security, safety and service excellence. Paying close attention to detail and surpassing security industry limitations, I offer each individual client the opportunity to safeguard their business, while upholding the integrity of the client’s company. Chairing and/or participating in most disciplinary enquiries. Dealing with all required administration matters Liaising daily with management on various operational issues. Investigating incidents and submitting relevant weekly/monthly incident reports to Management. Write or review security-related documents, such as Standard operating procedures (SOP), Site risk assessment, preliminary incident reports, concluded incident reports, proposals and tactical or strategic initiatives.General management and supervision on all security staff to ensure that required performances are met at all times Ensure that our Disciplinary Code and -Procedures are fully complied with. Train subordinate security professionals or other organization members in security rules and procedures. Review financial reports to ensure efficiency and quality of security operations. Develop budgets for security operations. Coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies. Attend meetings, professional seminars, or conferences to keep abreast of changes in executive legislative directives or new technologies impacting security operations. Assist in emergency management and contingency planning. Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.
