I have a passion for Organisational Psychology and the growth and development of others. I use a combination of my experience, my understanding of Psychological and Behavioural theory and models, Transactional Analysis and my skills as a Psychotherapist, Coach and NLP Practitioner to offer bespoke workshops, training, one to one support, group support, supervision and coaching.I am the founder and creator of Re-Mind Long Term Conditions Services and intervention model which provides ‘A Holistic and Integrative service created to support those with Long Term Conditions’‘The Re-Mind programme is a client centred service offering psychotherapeutic understanding, support and intervention to those experiencing physical ongoing symptoms.’ RE-Mind was initially developed to support those with Chronic Fatigue, Chronic Pain, Fibromyalgia, and unexplained ongoing symptoms. Its growth and development has seen the service support individuals with their experiences of Autism, ADHD, Diabetes, MS, ME, Stroke recovery , Long Covid and much more.
