Manages 20 international contracts for small and medium Mexican enterprises, including resource allocation, contract administration, and follow up of international sales. Head of an 8 person sales and international promotion team, managing 5 contracts each quarter: Database growth and update; promotion of and recruitment of exhibitors and buyers for 30 trade fairs; promotion of and recruitment for 10 service events; organization of 40 Outreach Business Seminars a year; and business matching services for national and international companies.Coordinates the representation and consultant’s contract with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council in Mexico.

Designed and inaugurated the division. In charge of a team of 4 people that expanded company services for private enterprises and offered support for local and federal government agencies in their relations with international companies, particularly to attract potential investors and partners for Mexican SMEs and other local and national projects.Coordinated 15 major international high-level business and networking events, including: three in cooperation with the Ministry of Commerce of the PR of China and the Secretary of Economy of Mexico; one in cooperation with Foreign Affairs Magazine at the Council of Foreign Relations in New York City; as well as annual events with national industry associations such as National Chamber of Commerce, National Industry Chamber, and National Retailing Association.

Supervised human, material and monetary resources for DEECyC, a 36 people unit within the Mexico City Electoral Institute (IECM).Designed budgeting and reporting procedures which reduced the duplicated expenses of the Directorate by 80% over the fiscal year.Systematized the creation of the Annual Program, as well as the monitoring of the Annual Budget. This allowed for a more orderly and efficient contracting of services for DEECyC, allowing for the unit to have enough resources allocated to all its activities even though the Institute had an overall budgetary cut of around 20% for that year.

Designed project workflow within the Project Management team and increased the acquisition of new clients by 8% in the first 6 months.Supported the development of 5 premier client relationships and provided ongoing business networking and project matching solutions for clients such as the Hong Kong Federation of Innovative Technologies and Manufacturing Industries, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, and the National Industrial Chamber of Mexico.
