Preparation of daily room revenue reports, with actual, budgeted, and last year same month comparative analysis.Verifying room rates with agreements or as per reservations, checking of allowance for room revenue.Check Mini bar revenue, Room Service, Pool Revenue. Coffee Shop revenue, finalize food cover report, laundry revenue telephone and other revenue.Check rebate report, discount report, complimentary and house-use report, no show posting, late checkout and ensure that every complimentary room, house use room.Reviewing Rate Variance, Room Transfer, Rebate & Allowance, over credit report, PM report, complimentary report, Cash sale Deposits with proper approval & reasoning.Generating/Preparing invoices by verifying the rates with LPOs or any authorized document from clients based on rate agreements, dispatch /email invoices to clients within 48 hours as per credit policy.Credit cards reconciliation on daily basis and payment posting after verification, following up for AR collections as per ageing summary status and credit terms.Opening AR account by reviewing approved credit facility, company profile, license, and corporate agreements files.Checking Online travel agent’s reservations and commission statement and report any discrepancies for overcharge commissionsPreparation of Municipality report on monthly basis.Performing general cashier activities on daily basis.Handling Petty cash purchases and make accurate record of all the bills.Purchase Assistant:Able to follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store’s area of operation.Verifying all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.Ensure all store requisitions are signed by concerned Department Heads (HOD’s) and approved by FC/GM depending upon the hotel's operations procedure.Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.Work closely with Purchasing to order and receive items and equipment.
