About Humberto Rueda Armella

After a process of searching for the meaning of life in the workplace, motivated by a feeling of emptiness and loss of meaning at the peak of my managerial career, I began an inner journey that took me through more than 20 years of discoveries, training, research and trial and error in my own professional experience. After several unanswered calls to share my learnings, since 2017 I decided to stop my managerial career in the corporate world, to launch myself to live my vocation of guiding people to empower themselves of their happiness and to enjoy their work, with meaning and purpose, by putting all their love and potential at the service of others, regardless of the type of job, position, or company. I am a lecturer and facilitator of training programs on happiness and spirituality in the organization, a writer and creator of the concept of The Inner Skills, a set of 12 fundamental competencies of the Human being, which make up the ingredients of Spiritual Intelligence. I am a graduate of the MBA and PDD programs from INALDE, with a postgraduate degree in senior management from the Universidad de Los Andes, electronic engineer from the Universidad Javeriana, with a diploma in the Elevarte Program, from the University of the New Humanity. In addition, I have done studies in the Magic of Love, the Silva Method, Cybernetic Transposition, Cosmic Science and Reiki.My corporate experience, for more than 30 years, was in the technology sector in national and multinational companies, such as IBM, Microsoft, and Anixter, in general management and commercial management positions.I define myself as a dreamer and romantic, happy husband and father, singer-songwriter, athlete for the pleasure of sports, lover of astrophysics and the connection between science and spirituality.At Bee On we want to be more than an organization; We want to be the Platform that connects a community of specialized professionals and human beings with the vocation to serve and share their knowledge and experiences, to respond to the training and transformation needs of people in companies, from their Human dimension.
