The work included planning and coordinating meetings with municipal agencies and partners, processing grant applications, receiving inquiries via e-mail and phone, and more. Furthermore, I reported grants related to corona funds, managed digital communication channels such as newsletters and business-related information on social media, and wrote individual decisions in collaboration with the municipality's legal department. Excel and Visma were central tools in the work.
