 Plan theme-related activities for the IIC club booths and overall event. Engage with other booth organizers and speakers to finalize activities and topics. Coordinate with collaborators on the format and content of the theme-related challenge. Organize prizes, facilitate internal communication, and train event facilitators.

 NSIF’s ultimate goal is for every student to be able to confidently and professionally prepare an equity research report. NSIF also offers a glimpse of the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the industry through numerous sharing sessions with our alumni and other industry professionals. Undergo extensive training in buy-side equity research, financial modelling, and valuation techniques. Participate in a rigorous weekly training regime focused on developing key skills in financial analysis and stock pitching.

 The objective is to innovate a pet robot that can be interacted with via gesture, speech, and touch. It will be able to give visitors to the workplace a tour, support members emotionally, and assist some working individuals. It is a project inspired by Boston Dynamics spot robot and Vector companion robot. Apply Autodesk Fusion and Ultimaker Cura to create and produce the necessary parts. Develop and produce the internal hardware of the robot, design the external appearance of the robot, and facilitate the robots' movements.

 The initial objective is to build a prototype of a smart water condition controlling system for hydroponics plantation with raw sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers. It is a joint project with Arrow Lab and the end objective is to develop a marketable product for hydroponics enthusiasts. Apply Autodesk Fusion and Ultimaker Cura to create and produce the necessary parts. Construct a waterproof enclosure that has the capacity to secure all of the system's pipes and electric components. Design and optimize necessary hardware components.

 Helping in conducting workshops as trainers and facilitators to hone students’ technical skills. Contribute as a makeathon mentor who provide guidance and technical expertise to makers.

 Organizing and managing resources in the library. Assisting library visitors in conducting research and locating resources.

 Managing and facilitating game booth. Guiding guests and helping to maintain the event's flow.
