I am a student at Stevens Institute of Technology working towards a bachelor's degree in computer science with a minor in information systems. Additional interests of mine include information technology, artificial intelligence, software applications, and social sciences.Driven by the potential they hold for the future, my interest in technology and engineering brings me closer towards understanding the ways that they can be used for benefit. I have taken steps in learning about the impact of technology, working in rigorous environments, and increasing access to STEM education.My organization, Leading Edge Tech, provides resources for others to learn about computing and its increasing relevance in society. Combined with our interactive live streams, projects, and fundraisers, we are consistently and effectively educating the public. Our continual advocacy for women and marginalized groups in STEM is critical for growth in a rapidly advancing field.Staying involved with my community, I value education for those of all backgrounds and abilities.
