• Own and manage the FX and Commodities Confirmations and Nettings processes with external parties.• Oversee and ensure the timely completion of all payments and reconciliation processes with key partners.• Investigate and resolve identified risks and discrepancies within Revolut's reconciliation platform.• Process payments related to payroll and accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and compliance.• Manage and update static data within the banking system to maintain data integrity.• Perform trade reconciliations for foreign exchange (FX).• Manage diverse currency cash flows, optimize liquidity, and minimize currency risk through strategic planning.

• Monitor bank payment integrations and proactively identify and resolve processing issues. Expertise in SWIFT payments such as MT202, MT103/910, financial markets, and products• Handle payments/queries related to SEPA, ACH, and Faster payments• Identify and resolve issues/queries on processing issues that are resulting in inconsistent results, identify technical glitches, and escalate matters to ensure timeliness and completeness of processing. And take appropriate measures to prevent them from happening in the future• Responsible for solving reconciliation breaks by investigating and solving accounting breaks raised by Control and accounting teams and escalating items that represent operational risk• Monitor Swift messages (MT199/999) from correspondent bank and third-party banks• Create comprehensive tracking dashboards and alerts based on internal data• Ensure corrective actions are taken on incidents and breaches and are escalated to the relevant team• Determine and forecast the potential negative impact of incidents/breaches on our clients• Collaborate with the operations team to develop error-resolution procedures• Provide support in High-value complaints, compliance, treasury, and fraud investigation cases• Prepare training framework/confluence and provide training to team members • Strong contribution to knowledge-sharing efforts, reviews, and continually improves processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge • Work collaboratively with product teams and clients to contribute to the overall successful running of the process

Investigating and resolving bank transfer inquiries from our customers and Revolut internal teams;Communicating closely with banking partners and institutions via SWIFT, emails and phone to resolve bank transfer errors in a timely manner; Working collaboratively on improving issues - SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, Faster Payment.
