North Consulting is a management consulting company that help global companies digitally transform their commercial business from initial strategy to final implementation, primarily using Salesforce as the technology base. In North Consulting I worked as a Director and Principal consultant.During my tenure at North I worked with several clients, but primarily at an advanced manufacturing company, where I commanded the role as the overall test lead. As the test lead I was responsible for the test efforts across several globally anchored teams of technical and business resources, and supported other management efforts. The programme delivered a complete commercial transformation of processes, a data conversion from several legacy systems, a new Salesforce solution from scratch and integration of the new solution to SAP, Microsoft AD and other systems.The outcome of the work was a go-live with a very high level of quality and quality insight as well as a calm hyper-care period with very few unexpected observations.As a director in North I also worked with line management, commercial business development and commercial excellence.

In NNIT I have been working with the ATP Barsel Product, which delivers the complete IT-solution to facilitate the payout of maternity and paternity leave in Denmark.Since I joined NNIT I have delivered in two major roles:August 2016 – July 2018 ATP Program Test ManagerAugust 2018 – Now as ATP Program ManagerProgram Test Management involved building and managing a complete global test setup supporting the solution go-live with known risks and quality, at first with a limited customer base in November 2016 and later for all of Denmark in June 2017.Following the full launch, I managed test and quality for both new feature development and several aspects of the operations.> The work resulted in two successful launches with a very high level of quality insight and control. Post-launch NNIT continued to deliver high quality operations as well as system improvements using continuous deployments while maturing the agile work patterns.As Program Manager I have facilitated closer collaboration between NNIT and ATP to enable continuous delivery of stable operations, high quality new features, contractual compliance and economic overview.During the last two years we have succeeded in transforming the joint program into a contextually adapted SAFe ART across NNIT and ATP, delivering new features and operations with very high quality and efficiency.> NNIT and ATP now have a thriving joint program, where very positive customer feedback, stable economy, high employee satisfaction and efficient trust-based collaboration provides the solid foundation for delivering continuous high-value improvements and operations to the ATP Barsel Product.

Continued - at SKAT my tasks from 2013-2016 included:- Project manager involved in a staged launch of a business critical solution.Management of a series of smaller projects and launches with a constant attention to the balance between technical possibilities and business needs.> The work resulted in a ongoing maturation of the solution. Work performed greatly increased the knowledge of the solution complex, up to a point where a structured overview could be presented.- Project manager involved with the suspension of a business critical software solution.The work included crisis management, focused supplier management and business critical reporting.> Resulted in the suspension of all selected business functions, on time, within budget and with agreed quality.- Business development manager involved with the production and adaptation of processes and manuals.> Resulted in several releases of business processes within a controlled framework, which supported the core-business in executing critical strategies during a difficult period.- Solution expert. This involved being a core-contributor to several major technical and legal assessments performed within SKAT by several outside sources.> The findings of the assessments let to SKATs decision to suspend parts of a business critical IT-solution.- Solution architect, operations support, incident and problem manager, contributor to business assessments. This involved identifying, qualifying, analyzing, and solving critical business challenges – as well as stakeholder management.> The work resulted in improved operations, higher solution insight and business problem solutions.- Advisory consultant. This involved sparring with management as well as strategic and tactical recommendations. The primary focus was on quality, risk balancing, strategy, crisis management and stabilizing core business areas.> The recommendations were received well, and led to adjustments of several areas during the tenure.

SKAT (Denmark's tax authority) is responsible for the collection of public debt. At SKAT I was working in several different roles involved with public debt collection. During my time with SKAT I worked with programs, projects, operations, business development and process improvements.As a long time consultant at SKAT, my tasks from 2010-2013 included:- Manager of a major functional test program.This involved building a complete test- and QA organization consisting of 50+ employees, building the largest and most complex test environment in SKAT, training 30+ debt collectors to handle business level testing, building a complete test suite (including testdata) to support the test of one of SKATs most advanced development projects to date, executing and reporting on test results.During most of this period, I also filled the role of interim personnel manager for the people involved in the test. This included day-to-day management, conflict resolution, administration, development planning and salary recommendations.> The work resulted in a recommendation to expand and prolong the test of the delivered solution, due to the nature of the exposed quality/risk profile. The management group at the time opted otherwise. - Manager of pilot test of a business critical software solution and conversion project. This involved all work related to the validation of core-functionality as well as critical business scenarios on converted data.> The work resulted in a recommendation to postpone the launch of the product, due to the perceived business risk related with launching a solution with the exposed quality level. A staged implementation plan with extra quality gates was chosen instead.Continued above >

At Nykredit I was working as program test manager and was responsible for the data conversion plans on a major bank conversion & integration program concerned with merging Forstædernes Bank into Nykredit Bank. As a member of the program management group, my tasks included:- Planning & managing all aspects of program level test as well as overseeing the five underlying test projects. - Planning & securing the development of the data conversion plans as well as controlling the “Command Centre” during the conversions. - Customizing relevant work methods to improve delivery and quality management methods as well as transparency.

I worked at the University of Aarhus on a major system transformation program concerned with ensuring a stabile and timely transition between core platforms. As a member of the program management team, my tasks there included:- Modifying the program level organization and work methods to increase delivery and milestone transparency, as well as providing a well defined management structure. - Modifying the project level work methods to better match the program framework, and to ensure more detailed project definitions, requirements and reporting. - Developing a requirement definition process for creating and managing new and existing requirements.

I was brought in to support the work of two performance improvement taskforces at CSC for a major Danish telecommunications provider. During that time we successfully deployed solutions solving the complex tasks at hand.

At KMD A/S I was employed as a consulting test specialist and project manager resource working for the TDF division. During my time at KMD I primarily worked on a Quality, Test and Control project concerned with ensuring a consistent and transparent quality in KMD's IT deliveries. The project deliveries included:- The creation & implementation of a test and quality strategy for the TDF division service solutions. The strategy framework was required to be aligned with TDF's project management model as well as the ITIL3 framework (Specifically Design of Service, Change Management, SLM & Release Management)- The creation of Quality Checklists for all TDF implementation products (All sold services and service components)- The development of the organizational process for creating, managing, implementing & maintaining new and existing Quality Checklists in TDF

Technical Test and Quality Program Manager (IBM – Sampo Migration Technical Project)At IBM I was once again employed in the role of technical program test manager for the bank integration project on the Danske Bank Finnish Migration Project (SAMPO). Here I worked with improving the existing test and quality strategies as well as developing the delivery quality assurance process. I also managed both the program-level test and 3 different test projects that was part of the Migration. During my employment at IBM I additionally held a workshop for IBM test managers where I presented the IBM Test Methodology and its practical use in technical projects.

Test & QA Consultant (C2IEProject)At Saab Danmark A/S I was employed as a consultant working for the Land/Air Defence division, developing a test framework as well as QA strategy and processes for new feature development. The C2IE system were to be used in multinational, combined and joint operations as a system in a system of systems (MIP Programme).

May 2006 – Aug 2006Process developer / QA Resource (IS Nordic A/S)During these months I was working as a process developer on an IS Nordic test and requirement methodology focused on shifting test strategies to align themselves more towards our customers business-critical business- and technical requirements/processes. I also assisted the training of ISN employees in developing their test management capabilities, and worked as a back-office QA resource for ISN consultants on various projects.

Oct 2005 – May 2006Technical Test Program Manager (IBM – Irish Migration Technical Project)At IBM I was employed as a full-time consultant in the role of technical program test manager. The work primarily revolved around coordinating the efforts in and between 18 test coordinators responsible for the technical sub-projects, as well as being responsible for program level test strategy, reporting etc. During the Irish Migration Project IBM handled all technical issues for Danske Bank who themselves primarily handled application issues.

Jan 2005 – Sep 2005Cand. Stud. Merc (MOT) and part-time Test consultantIn this period I worked on my masters thesis on quality assurance in off shoring and offshore outsourcing. I also worked as a test estimation resource at TDC and as an ISN in-house training and management resource.

Jan 2004 – Dec 2004Test Management and process consultant (TDC SBB – Various projects)At TDC I was a full-time consultant and worked primarily as test-responsible project manager on a multi platform (Oracle DB, DB2) migration and integration project. At TDC I also worked as a process and requirements consultant on other projects affiliated with the integration and migration programme.

Jan 2002 – Nov 2003Team Leader (Telia Project Excalibur Testing)During the Project Excalibur testing I was ISN team leader and was both managing the test team to carry out varying test types during releases, and working as an independent Test resource/consultant on some of Telias core projects. I also supervised the hiring and training of part- and full-time testers.

Mar 2001 – Dec 2001Test Team Manager (Speedy Tomato Testing)For Speedy Tomato I was primarily managing our test team to carry out function, integration, reliability and usability on the Speedy tomato releases.

At FSP I worked part-time while studying. During this time I solved ad-hoc tasks and assisted in the testing and implementation of a new insurance software tool and database.
