• 2024- current: Railway Transport Policy (National Railway; Urban railway; Highspeed Railway).• 2022-current: Road Transport Policy (Road Transport Business, Cross-Border Transport; Road Electric Vehicle, Road Safer Vehicle, and further issue such as Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence in Road Transport Sub-sector);• 2018-2022: Transport Safety Policy (Road Safety Audit, Road Safer Vehicle, Training & Testing Driving License);• 2012-2018 Supporting and coordinating the Ministry’s relations with its governmental, multilateral partners (AUS, Korea, NZ, APEC, GMS), international donors (JICA, ADB, WB, EDCF), agencies, companies, private sectors.

Be responsible for civil work contract management for two (02) packages in the area of Phu Tho province including Package A3 (31km, total investment of 110 mil USD, contractor – POSCO E&C – Korea) in Phu Tho province and Package A4 (30km, total investment of 80 mil USD, contractor – KEANGNAM Enterprise – Korea) under Noi Bai – Lao Cai Expressway Construction Project funded by Asian Development Bank (ADB), detailed as follows:- to review, evaluate capacity and replace contractor’s key personnel;- to review equipment of contractor on site;- to deal with land clearance and acquisition related to the packages;- to deal with price escalation issue, price indices source;- to review overall construction schedule, disbursement plan.- To review and submit Consultant’s progress reports, contractor’s monthly reports to VEC headquarter;- To deal with all matters related to subcontractors including sub-contracts, sub-contractors’ reports, warning and disputing on sub-contractors’ matters

In 2009, to be in charge of technical drawings of several projects in Ha Noi city including Strengthening and widening Bo De Road, Long Bien District; Strengthening and Upgrading road and drainage system of Huu Hong dyke under Vinh Tuy Bridge Project; Detailed tasks: to review technical design; to prepare tender drawings; to draft, edit shop drawings & as-built drawings; to develop, prepare illustration and manage all design tasks; to finalize document for payment;In 2010, to be a Site Engineer for Nguyen Van Cu Strengthening and Upgrading Project, detailed tasks: responsible for site office, to communicate and cooperate with relevant agencies to deal with obstacles in land clearance or acquisition, to prepare construction method and traffic safety solution on site, to carry out and review geological drawings, technical drawings; material issues; site schedule, progress, volume, and quality management;

Internship at the Transport Safety Project Management Unit (TSPMU):- Assist other departments to communicate with foreign consultants.- Interpreter at meetings relating to bid procedures, negotiations.
