Assistant Manager of Parts Engineering DepartmentCanon Vietnam Co,.Ltd (CVN)Canon Vietnam Co,.Ltd located in Que Vo Industrial, Van Duong District, Bac Ninh Province about 8000 employees- Experience in designing injection mold technology -CAD và NX (training at Muto HCM 2008-2009).- Design for mold ( DFM) meeting (Setup PL,Gate,Hot Runne,Insert for gas vent and easy to polish,make water line ...) to get good mold- Experience management and planning for New model ( a year develop 600 to 800 new mold )- Good experien for select mold material sutable plastic material or apperance parts (mirror surface, Texture…) S136,HPM38, NAK80, PAC500…- Manage team and research & develop new product and new models- Controlling schedule for FA of new models or drawing up Rev.- Can try & setup best injection condition for new mold ( cooling time, velocity, position injetion ,special to setup injection con dition for cover parts …- Also have good experience for plastic material (ABS, PC+ABS, POM, PET, LCP..- Having skill in training new commence for Eng division die structure and molding condition.- Investigation skill and take the countermeasure for trouble die (short mold, part deform, texture )....- I`m control over 20 suppliers( Japan, China,Taiwan & Viet Nam, so I understand many technologies of mechanical parts.- Understanding tooling cuting Wire cut, CNC, EDM … and 3D design for process making die.- I can control quality, cost and delivery of new mold parts.- Can solve problem in mass production- I have get some new technical mold from Japan transfer to Viet Nam( Mucell, Core back & Mucell, Heat & Cold- PIC to develop new supply in Viet Nam (audit,checking new supply)…
