- Review and judge how the DFM material impact, familiar to ERS specification request, VSR material allocation, process flow.- Be albe to read and well interpret the MCO component document.- Have good technical knowledge to evaluate electrical, mechanical, optical, material, Cpk FA reports.- Have good communication, report skill to comprehensively deal with customer requirements on-time.- Regular work: review FA and detail schedule with DRIs and resolve all difficulties by being able to drive, suggest to close issues promptly, generate the clear CA list and follow up customer instruction/requirement.

- Control the camera lens/ IRCF material by researching lens/IRCF transmission function and qualifying relative uniformity, relative illustration, reflectivity of material at visible wavelength/ co-working with lens vendor to improve the MTF performance such as lens astigmatism/ lens field curvature/ poor performance at specified field.- Make material DFM (point the different change out or the difficulties of the changes in our integrated processes).- Best optics camera engineer with some skillful knowledge about FPDC/ SFR-MTF/ Auto focus function/ Lens trasmission function - RU, RI.

- Officially make Tester Machine BuyOff template.- Improve UPH efficiency of tester by changing ideal Hardware/software transmission (ex. replace RS232 as Ethernet, change from Halogen HVS to LED stable light source)- Analysis jig/socket/ handler machine parts to have a good tolerence and prevent cosmetic issue.
