• Working in a group of 20 people to find software bugs and hardware dysfunction. • Assisting in troubleshooting when the problem occurred with my team or by myself.• Assisting in User Trial Test and Stability Test.• Daily testing software and hardware based on the company’s criteria and submitting the report to the group’s leader.

• Train, coach and provide feedback to new and experienced employees on standards for table setup, food delivery, safety/cleanliness, and customer service • Handle the store’s daily revenue and reports on Squirrel • Assist store’s manager and general manager to handle customer and employee issues.• Experience with fast-paced working environment and multi-tasking.
