As a trustworthy member of the Litigation Team at Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers, I focused my skills and specialized in the field of litigation and dispute resolution, including Court Proceedings and Alternative Dispute Resolution (i.e. Arbitration, Mediation, etc.).During my time at R&T LCT, I was exposed to and gained experience in resolving commercial disputes involving foreign elements through commercial arbitration. In addition, mastering the procedures for the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in Vietnam is a remarkable strength of mine.

I began my career as a legal assistant at Nguyen Huynh & Associates Law Firm, based on extensive social knowledge and hard-working, I have expertise in the field of real estate (particularly apartment projects), having directly carried out procedures related to the issuance of Certificate of Land Use Rights, Ownership of Houses and Other Assets Attached to Land (LURC) in Apartment Projects. Getting involved in litigation and dispute resolution is also one of my strong suits.In 2018, the establishment of Nguyen Huynh & Associates Law Firm's Branch in Binh Phuoc purposed the business expansion and the acquisition of more civil procedure experience.
