To be honest, I am a "Geek" in Technology, especially focus on fresh segment. When I was a young boy, I liked to decompose objects in order to know how and why. I had decided to enter engineering field when I was in junior high school. And as the result of my hard work, I successfully entered the Electronic-Engineering Department in Fujen University. After graduating from university, my first job (in FIC Group) helped me link my knowledge into field and also strengthened my Hardware background. I also learned about the concept of “Marketing” when my boss told me that any product design should think in customers’ side. With this job I had chances to attend Cebit and CompuTex shows and for the first time I figured out the importance of customers toward business. The following two jobs (in Everfocus and Deeplet) had supported me to establish my core knowledge of working, such as building team leader skill with at least three members, integrating between Hardware and Software and communicating in each BU. I especially learned how to keep a company alive at my third job because I launched a start-up company with several like-minded partners. As an entrepreneur, I not only increase my technical skills, but also my ability of Finance, Sales, Purchase, Marketing, and even Management as a factory manager to handle over six operator. When industrial enters mature stage, the work became just copy and paste without innovation. Therefore, I left my own company and decided to enter FAE position. The job as a FAE expanded my view from dedicated segment to the whole. I am glad to manager distributor FAE team in order to come out innovative architecture. Moreover, I feel satisfied to see unique product released in the field via my support.
