My small team is one of whom I am proud to introduce with my friend, my colleague, my boss, and you.They are not only to have the capability to solve the highly technical problems but also flexible enough to deal with any unrelated jobs that the fastidious manager delegates (surprise: he is me).

Ha Nam

Since Ha Nam is a rather new plant of THP and I am the first of my role in this plant, I had to set up a way to ensure the quality of the product on storage and delivery; deal with non-conforming product, analysis the data, find and learn from every root causes to develop the corrective actions and preventive actions, then work with other departments (QC, Production, Logistic, RnD) to execute it.Also, I am in charge of assuring the quality of the product on the field on whole North… Show more Since Ha Nam is a rather new plant of THP and I am the first of my role in this plant, I had to set up a way to ensure the quality of the product on storage and delivery; deal with non-conforming product, analysis the data, find and learn from every root causes to develop the corrective actions and preventive actions, then work with other departments (QC, Production, Logistic, RnD) to execute it.Also, I am in charge of assuring the quality of the product on the field on whole North Vietnam, like to support Customer Service and Sales on the quality complaints, visit distributor and agent warehouses to raise their awareness about the quality, listen to them to identify the opportunities for improvement.It's such a fun journey for my first job.
