1. Teamwork & Management:- Manage team at media agency; direct team on the tactical execution of program across all lines of business, inclusive of budget management, optimization, bid strategies, measurement, etc.- Manage digital performance campaign inclusive of Facebook, Google, App… and social media- Develop test and learn opportunities: Maximizing conversions by devising cutting edge Campaign structure, Ad Copies, and conversion optimization.- Ensure measurement tactics are executed flawlessly with a clear and effective reporting structure2. Team & Client Collaboration- Work closely with internal media team members and counterparts across Marketing to ensure that program strategy is in line with broader KPIs and advertising/line of business objectives.- Collaborate across internal disciplines to create a strong linkage with Content, Social and other Channel strategies.- Manage a team of marketing specialists and help to identify, support and build key capabilities and skillsets needed to meet business and performance marketing objectives- Work closely with the commercial and sales teams to ensure close coordination between partner media agencies on their digital marketing campaigns- Work closely with Brand, CRM, and Organic Performance teams to plan, strategize and execute on a broader, integrated marketing level3. Analysis & Reporting:- Conduct frequent competitive analysis- Leverage data and analytics insights as a key driver of ongoing program strategy (optimization plans, integration of audience segmentation capabilities, test and learn agendas, etc.)4. Planning:- Building scalable multi-touch programs and campaigns that span not only online but also offline channels

- Operate and manage internal ad platforms.- Ensure smooth implementation and timely delivery of all display advertising campaigns, including campaign management.- Set up appropriate tracking methods in order to accurately measure campaign performance.- Troubleshoot campaign deliver issues to help find solutions for performance issues and optimize profit.- Prepare data reports, analyze campaign results to highlight key learnings and translate those learnings into concise, actionable recommendations.- Manage relationships with partners & vendors to ensure smooth campaign implementation and performance.- Keep up to date with and share emerging trends, digital marketing best practices with team members.- Supervise junior members’ work.- Improve the workflow and structure within the team to maximize efficiency.

- Act as liaison with media, creative agencies and publisher sites regarding planning, tracking, scheduling and delivery of campaigns.- Serve as a point of contact between ad server and internal business units.- Screen incoming creative according to ad server specs and technical requirements.- Work with reputable third party Ad tech companies and vendors such as: Double Verify, MOAT and Integral Ad Science….- Work with third party partners in Display Network industry such as DSP platforms, DMP, …- Coordinate the scheduling, implementation and rotation of ads, within online advertising campaigns.- Execute creation of HTML tags for Site Partners using DCM, Sizmek, Medialets and Atlas programs…- Advise & consult with Media teams and Clients regarding advertising technologies, tracking and campaign performance.- Optimize, manage and monitor campaign performance and profit.

Vietnam

- Planning, executing and reporting on marketing campaigns for newly launched products such as Shop VnExpress, Pay VnExpress, VnExpress International and Membership project. - Working closely with internal teams such as VnEpress editors, Product Development and Business Development.- Setup and monitor advertising campaigns on e-Click ad network.- Partly working as a graphic designer, creating banner ads, landing pages and e-mail marketing templates.
