About Hung Lam

At Southeast Asia Food Group, my focus as a Regional Account Manager is on fostering robust client relationships and scaling our products & services to a variety of foodservice and retail businesses. The goal is to provide tailored solutions, supported by an engaging customer support structure, to aid in our customer’s success.Concurrently, as a Chef Instructor at the Institute of Culinary Education, my passion for food & hospitality is channeled into creating exceptional food demonstrations and interactive learning sessions. This experience showcases my ability to manage diverse teams and execute large-scale events.
