• Build and develop automatic dashboard reports for business divisions/business projects:- Coordinate with the business department to build Business Requirements Document (BRD) for dashboard reports.- Build Data models, Data mapping and design Detailed dashboards for reports.- Perform System integration testing and hand over Reports to the business department.• Participate in building an Operational Data Store System (Oracle) for MB Bank:- Collaborate with partners to build Data models & Data mapping and perform User acceptance testing on the ODS database.- Review and manage Naming standards for the ODS system in Conceptual/Logical and Physical models.- Contribute to the development of Data Retention Time Policy, Historical Data Mechanism, ETL Warning Mechanism, etc.• Participate in developing a Customer Data Platform (Spark/Hadoop) for MB Group:- Create and revise BRD for MB Group's Customer Information Consolidation project in the CDP system.- Build Data models, Data mapping and perform User acceptance testing of Customer datasets in the CDP system.- Coordinate with subsidiaries to manage and cleanse Customer information data quality.

• Monitor Data quality of customer information throughout the Bank:- Define Data quality rules to evaluate customer information and build a Data Quality Dashboard.- Perform Detailed analysis of data quality issues and recommend Solutions to cleanse customer information.- Coordinate with related divisions to improve the input module of the core banking system and implement Data cleansing for customer information.• Participate in the management of Master data & Reference data of the Bank:- Develop Rules and Methods for entering master data & reference data, such as customer information, business lines, etc.- Define Consistent mapping rules to use master data throughout the Bank, such as customer segmentation, product, and service classification.- Monitor, measure and handle other issues related to master data and reference data.• Support in Metadata management, such as operating Metadata management tools (IBM InfoSphere IGC), monitoring, measuring and reviewing metadata input activities at the source data system.

• Monitor and manage revenue plans:- Measure and develop reports/dashboards for the business situation across the country/region/team.- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of current price policies, ensuring price policies are competitive with competitors and suitable for the company's situation.- Build a delivery forecast model, update & compare it with actual data, and improve the forecast model on a weekly/monthly basis.• Monitor and manage business promotion programs:- Coordinate with regions/teams to implement advertising and promotion programs.- Measure, analyze, and propose solutions to improve the effectiveness of business promotion programs.• Participate in supporting and operating projects on building systems, processes, and policies to improve business efficiency.

• Participate in planning and performing financial statement audit processes at multiple companies in numerous fields, including:- Analyze and evaluate the client's financial-accounting situation and internal control system, identify material risks and develop corresponding audit procedures.- Check and review the financial-accounting system in detail, ensuring clients comply with accounting and tax regulations.- Create audit minutes to identify existing problems in the client's company and recommend appropriate solutions.• Participate in enterprise valuation processes according to the guidance and assignments from the Board of Managers:- Analyze and compare the client's financial data with related companies.- Review and evaluate the current assets and liabilities of the clients.• Perform consulting contracts as agreed with customers and other assigned tasks.
