• Provide leadership, management, and technical oversight for the Tactical Systems, Aircraft Sensors and Interoperability engineering simulation group responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, testing, and supporting: - Military aircraft Electronic Warfare and Defensive Systems: ESM, RWR, MWS, LWR, CMDS, IRCM, LAIRCM. - On-board Weapon Systems. - Aircraft Sensors: Radar, EO/IR, Acoustic Processor. - Synthetic Environment design and implementation. - Computer Generated Forces (CGF): Xcite, OneSAF, JSAF, TEn, MACE, NGTS. - Simulators Interoperability (DIS, HLA, CAF/MAF DMO, NCTE).• Participate in reviewing customer requirements (SRR) and customer design reviews (PDR/CDR). • Design, implement, integrate and test EW, Weapon Systems, and CGF simulation software.• Act as Tactical Systems SME for the Software Engineering Department.• Review and approve all technical work products (design, code, acceptance tests). • Support technical & cost development of proposals including resource planning and cost review
