Advisory role in business strategy to increase store sales performance and improving customer service methods, technical dispensing support, new employee training, providing excellent customer service.

Providing superior customer service (inclusive of assisting the client with frame and lens selection, customized adjustments, customer aftercare), frame and lens inventory management, stock-taking (equipment, frames, lens), administrative duties and dispensing training for new staff.

Conducting internal audits & formulating risk management plans for all 1001 Optical stores relating to private health fund claiming (which included HCF, Medibank Private and BUPA). Reviewing and analyzing health fund claiming & error correction.

Customer service (inclusive of: assist the client with frame and lens selection, customized adjustments, customer aftercare), frame and lens inventory, stock-taking (equipment, frames, lens), administrative duties and train new staff on optical dispensing skills.

General management of the warehouse, operation of edging machine (cutting, grinding and/or polishing lenses prescription), assembled lenses into frames, lens ordering, management of lens distribution to stores, frame repairs, lens tinting, rimless cutting & fitting,

Eye examinations, sales, operating edging machine (cutting, grinding and /or polishing lenses), tinting lenses, minor frame repairs, rimless cutting and fitting, frame adjustments according to customer's facial feature.
