CurrentAt HSC where the business is heavily replied on the information technology, I have a great opportunity to bring a lot of concepts, methodologies, technologies and best practices in various IT areas to support and enabler the Business, from the architecture/development areas such as EA, BPM, ECM, CRM to the operation domain like ITSM (ITIL). In details, my roles and responsibilities includes- Contribute in defining the IT strategy in order to support and align with the business- Research and apply/adopt suitable IT-related methodology/best practices into real business- Conduct the business case to assess/evaluate change initiatives which then leading to different enterprise-wise programs/projects chartered - Ensure that development projects meet business objectives, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve architecture issues.- Review and analyze existing application effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving/utilize them- Gathering requirements from customers/end users, consulting for them how to handle it on the systems efficiently or propose new services/functions to meet their demand.- Conducting the requirement document, describing the business requirement for a new services/systems where both technical team and customer can have same view.- Contributing in define business workflow, operation workflow to help customers, related stakeholders cooperate and employ system efficiently.
