In 2017, we grow 5x in revenue by helping hundreds of brands working with thousands of influencers• Being responsible for presenting and reporting accurate and timely financial information of the company for all investors and internal management team.• Accountable for management accounting and coaching all members in finance and account dept • Leading financial planning process and developing financial models with multiple scenarios to ensure the company's success in the future with diversity products.• Being responsible for the company's financial condition including give recommendation in order to make decision on how to invest the company's financial resource, taking into consideration of risk and liquidity. • Projecting capital structure of the company, determining the best mix of debt, equity and internal financing. Control cash flow for maintenance company's health.

Financial Planning and Analysis• Budgeting and planning: lead budget process and Long Run Plan (5-year plan).• Reporting: Monthly management report with qualified, reliable, and accurate commentaries versus Budget and Forecast. • Margin analysis: deep dive into factors impact to margin (for price, volume, product mix, etc.), discuss/challenge where unreasonable costs occurred. SKUs level margin analysis.• COGS/Opex control: analyze fluctuation of product costs and forecast the trend of COGS in following months, monthly Opex by Cost Centre monitoring.• CF, NWC, ROACE analysis• Pre and post evaluate marketing programs, estimate COGS for supporting trade/marketing proposal.Business Partner• Effective business partner of CEO, CFO, Sales Director, BD Director, HR Director, Marketing Manager to provide professional advice contribute to business growth.• Capability to analyze situation and propose idea to build recommendation and influence accordingly the decision making process.Finance control• Stock management process, Fix Asset control, Payment process, etc to enhance efficiency and look for any chance to optimize our costs and ensure control in place.Leadership, Collaboration and Coaching Skill• Initiate for training finance for non-finance people. Playing a key role to coach Sales and Marketing team for Marketing Program Pre and Post Evaluation.• Liaise & collaborate with Chief Accountant to manage finance and accounting information system including SAP & BI.• Lead cross functional people development sharing forum.

• Teaching Financial Accounting and Vietnam's Tax System for both finance and non-finance background.• Introducing some programs and accounting's software in order to make financial reports, specially Microsoft Excel with lots of useful formulas for accounting jobs• Creating the minimum viable product for Small Enterprise doing accounting based on Excel by using Macro and VBA.
