- Project involve (click to see): Sofic Tower, Sadora building, Thiso Mall Sala, Thiso Mall Truong Chinh.- Supervise construction works on site, in the fields of structure, finishing, interior, landscape and sculpture works for complex building project (shophouse, office, supermarket, convention center).- Scheduling for the work in charge, evaluate actual work progress and planned timelines, promptly push and interact with the contractors, trades to ensure planned milestones.- Supervise work performed to standards (design, materials, techniques, testing) and OHS regulations.- Coordinate work handover between contractors.- Control all drawings for construction, client’s requirements and scope of contract, monitor the contractors' works comply with the drawings, promptly handle and coordinate the variation works if there are design updates, design conflicts or from client’s requirements.- Daily report to construction manager.- Monitor and process payment requests from contractors, to coordinate work properly.
