Duties: Worked as a bench technician to calibrate and test Kidney Dialysis machine. Also did test technician at component level troubleshooting to RMA circuitry board received from Field Technician

Worked with 20 vendor desktop computer. Ran a series of test on the hardware using different operating systems, DOS, Win3.11, Win95, Win98, WinNT, Win2k, SunOS, Redhat, and Banyan. Once the series of test was run with the original CPU to check performance using a series of performance testing software. I would then replace the CPU with prototype CPU and rerun the performance test again on each desktop models from vendor. Troubleshooting was required to resolve all instance of conflict or performance issue. At end of my tenure I was able to resolve all conflict and complete the test run. There was one issue that was related to the vendor desktop not able to support the prototype CPU. It was a hardware issue with motherboard.

Duties: Maintain computers in computer lab and a small 5-user Novell network in Learning Resource Center for use by student and faculty member. Supported Instructor on a daily basis to resolve issues and help student with educational needs
