- Work with directors and consultants on all logistical and operational aspects of the Heisman weekend: venues, meals, transportation, sponsorships, tickets and entertainment- Collaborate on the creation of marketing and outreach materials, as well as monitoring sponsorship opportunities and activations, donation spreadsheets, merchandise requests and inventory- Manage a research project analyzing the Heisman Trophy voting process and vetting over 900 media electors throughout the country aiming to streamline future procedures for increased effectiveness- Assist in the writing and creation of the Heisman Journal, which contains in-depth player biographies and statistics, as well as articles and sponsor advertisements- Responsible for the production and incorporation of static and video graphics showcased across various events and activations throughout the Heisman weekend

- Oversaw the day-to-day maintenance, user adoption, and implementation of the firm’s Intapp Experience database, as well as additional marketing and business-development technologies; retained responsibilities of previous role of Client Development Coordinator

- Managed the compilation of over 200 legal directory submissions per year highlighting the top legal matters of over 850 attorneys and 40 practice areas - Administered an up-to-date department-wide calendar consisting of legal directory submission deadlines, publication dates, and research timelines- Executed the online publication and email send of attorney-authored articles to targeted clients and firm alumni using both the firm’s CRM and broadcast email systems; emails reached 500-80,000 inboxes per send- Generated new business presentations and handled related tracking of activities in the firm’s CRM database- Conducted business development research projects, including company, industry, and competitive intelligence analysis

- Served as host, producer and editor of a weekly podcast called “Off the Post” covering the National Football League - Produced weekly articles about the latest news and developing stories regarding the NFL and other major sports

- Oversaw a group of 10 writers editing all content for the Backseat Coach website - Communicated with team members over Slack to ensure everyone is keeping up with their responsibilities

- Promote the Vikings Kids Club, including actively selling memberships- Aid in overseeing and executing Vikings activation elements in the Fan Village and Kids Zone, including fan photo opportunities, inflatable games, and other youth activities- Assist daily special groups to deliver a positive experience- Work with vendors to assist with daily set up and tear down of fan activation elements- Support VIP Hospitality and organizational initiatives- Serve as an ambassador for the Minnesota Vikings organization- Assist with daily operations responsibilities, including keeping a clean and presentable fan activation area- Commit to working all Training Camp activation days from approximately the last full week in July to approximately the third full week in August
