Mr. Davis is President and CEO of PromptMed Urgent Care (PMUC), as well as Founder and Managing Partner of Immediate Medical Management, LLC (IMM). IMM is the practice management company for the PMUC walk-in medical clinics. PromptMed was founded with the belief that we can deliver patient-centric healthcare services in an affordable, timely, high-quality and convenient setting, utilizing the latest procedures and technologies, to meet the needs of patients in the communities we serve. The PromptMed Urgent Care operating model fills the gap in the healthcare system created by two fundamental issues: i) schedule inflexibility, increasing wait times, and lack of access due to the shortage of primary care physicians and ii) increasing costs and wait times for emergency room visits. Previously, Mr. Davis spent more then ten years in the investment banking, private equity and public equity investing industries, primarily focused on the healthcare services sector. Mr. Davis has successfully advised early-stage and high-growth healthcare companies as well as invested alongside and teamed with entrepreneurs and management teams to meaningfully expand their businesses, both organically and through strategic acquisitions.
