- Direct daily operations of accounting, pricing and human resources departments to ensure timely and accurate handling of company financial operating results and employee/employer labor relations. In October 2013, NOVA Corporation acquired 35% of Advanced Facility Management Services, Inc., after which I was tapped to replace their CFO in order to help realign the accounting and finance department, develop improved processing procedures, assess current accounting software solutions for long term needs, develop policies & procedures for all accounting and finance functions, direct company through ongoing acquisitions and startups, and direct corporate financial operations in order to maximize all Federal, state and local tax benefits and to minimize income and property taxes. I also established a shared services company to provide accounting, HR, IT and marketing services to affiliates including Advanced Facility Management Services, Inc.
