Uses the FC Warehouse Management System (WMS) to distribute work across the available labor pool in the FFC, in the most efficient manner possible. The inflow (client orders) and release of 'picks' is distributed across the physical FFC and the process path (single, multi, ship alone) using software, mathematical computation, and continuous communication in a dynamic environment. This role is also responsible for the day-to-day order management and communications to operations for both B2C and B2B orders and ensuring all customer orders are shipped following customer specific shipping instructions. A strong understanding of priorities and manage Expeditor to know priorities and expedite accordingly. Effectively communicates with outbound supervisors. Strong understanding and knowledge of WMS wave planning software to evaluate issues and to maximize efficiency. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Investigate and Solve workflow issue using knowledge of all DC operations. Effectively communicates issues and directions to associates. Evaluates work processes for efficiency. All other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager. Follows all safety guidelines and performs in a safe and careful manner. Prepare and submit reports to track daily, weekly and monthly metrics as assigned.

Picking clients up in a professional manner and taking them to and from there appointments, following protocol through dispatch, using radio through the work phone to connect to dispatch, and following laws while driving.

Laying vinyl between windshields, floor management, system updates, setting product up for the next job change, able to understand and comprehend different models and what is expected.

Picking product, packing product into boxes to be shipped out, shipping, breakdown of product, zoning product into the lines, QA (quality assurance) making sure products are correct in boxes to be shipped out, cross training in other departments, pack out and RF gun trained.

Process items into the system, loaded and unloaded trucks, Ambassador (trainer), Order Picker driver, stowing product away on the shelves, problem solve and ISS(inbound support solution) give customers refunds, match products in the system, hot picks, re-shipped items to customers, shorter, picking, packing, and transship
