  As an Engineering in Training (EIT) at BigTop, I can apply engineering principles to the design and analysis of fabric structures. This practical approach allows me to gain valuable experience in structural analysis, where you evaluate the integrity and safety of various designs under different conditions. One key aspect of this training is the extensive use of advanced software tools, including RISA-3D, for 3D modeling and structural analysis. Working with RISA-3D and other industry-standard software, I am learning to create detailed models of structures, simulate different loading scenarios, and analyze the results to ensure compliance with safety standards and client specifications. This hands-on experience with modeling and analysis tools helped me better understand how theoretical concepts are applied to real-world engineering challenges.Additionally, I can work closely with experienced professionals who provide guidance and mentorship, helping me refine my skills and gain confidence in fundamentals learned through my academic experience. Through this process, I have developed a strong foundation in structural engineering, material analysis, safety management, teamwork, and personal growth as an engineer.
