Currently, I am the Director of Pre-Planning & Preparation at Infocenter, where I thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment. I have a great desire for preparing and ensuring that our resources are prepared for every client engagement that Infocenter acquires. I love my job and the incredible people I get to work with every day. My colleagues inspire me to continuously learn and grow, fostering an atmosphere where asking questions and seeking knowledge is encouraged. Together, we strive to excel in the ServiceNow platform, delivering outstanding solutions and driving progress.Born and raised in a very small and rural town. I have always sought out adventure and new challenges. My journey took me to Cullowhee, NC, where I earned a Bachelor's degree from Western Carolina University. I earned a degree in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Data Analytics. Not only did I earn this degree but I also strived to be at the top - graduating in a top percentile of my class - Magna Cum Laude!In my personal life, I am passionate about action sports and anything that gets the adrenaline pumping. Some of my favorite hobbies include Motocross, Competitive Paintball, Gaming, Hunting, Fishing, and Snowboarding. When I'm not indulging in these activities, I channel my energy into my professional work and my passion for technology.
