I am a former multi-sport athlete in high school and college athlete with a passion for helping others, for fitness and competition. As Head Intramural Director, I led and worked alongside 3 other team members planning and holding many organized competitive seasons in multiple sports. This entailed extensive amounts of planning, teamwork, communication, and the ability to manage both internal and external conflict. My time as Head Intramural Director honed useful leadership skills such as aligning vision and values, setting expectations, clarifying roles and responsibilities, problem-solving, and effectively communicating and delegating duties.

As an Alpha Warrior Build Crew Member, I was a part of a 7-man build crew that traveled to military bases across the country and built obstacle ninja warrior rigs, holding competitions for service members and their families, as well as building permanent rigs for them to train on. This job involved complex construction, handling steel beams and heavy materials, which required dynamic teamwork, communication, focused safety protocols, as well as working with diverse people and varying personality types.
