Through my professional experience in the U.S. Navy and strong academic background in finance and economics, I have honed a combination of managerial and analytical skills that make me a competitive job candidate. My six years of military experience provided me with many of the key qualities necessary for success in an asset management environment. My attention to detail, ability to work with all levels of leadership, and effective communication skills were essential to my success in the Navy, specifically in managerial positions. My leadership roles included heading a Command Indoctrination Program, auditing training programs to transition to a more up-to-date model, and serving as an instructor on rigorous training evolutions.Since leaving the Navy to pursue a degree in Finance, I have developed the technical proficiency required to work in asset management. My education over the last three years has sharpened my ability to compile, understand, and form conclusions based on complex financial cases. These analytical skills and my professional background have prepared me to meaningfully contribute to any company or client.
