Working as a press box assistant on game days for the Green Bay Packers has given me the opportunity to see what actually goes on during an NFL game. During the game, it's my responsibility to ensure that the statistics are delivered to NFL and media personnel in a timely manner. It is also my responsibility to transfer new memory cards to the Packers photographer on the field and bring the used ones back to the press box so the photographs can be put on social media platforms. I also help any personnel in the press box in any way. After the game, it's my responsibility to distribute the official statistics to the reporters in either the auditorium, visiting team locker room, or Packers locker room. I'm also tasked with the delivery of quotes to local and national media while they are writing their articles.

I assist in coordinating the Hall of Fame and Stadium Tours department inbound group sales efforts while working as a team to ensure the department sales goals are being met. My job responsibilities are 1. Assist in the daily operations of the Packers Hall of Fame and Stadium Tours2. Assist in the creation of effective, written communication and marketing collateral for sales efforts.3. Monitor incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, phone, and mail, and prepare appropriate responses.4. Responsible for excellent customer service, including implementing initiatives, as it relates to office practices and client interactions - internally and externally.5. Accountable for contract administration, processing of all deposits, billing and collecting payments for all events, ticket processing, contract execution, and sleepover set up.6. Services all internal and inbound group ticket requests.7. Works closely with sales team to ensure department goals are being met and surpassed.8. Assist sales team with tradeshows, attraction meetings, and other sales-related events.9. Coordinates special projects and assets with events as needed.

Working in the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame allows me the opportunity to interact with guests from around the world. The Hall of Fame has guests that travel from as far as Australia to absorb the Lambeau Field encounter. It is my assignment to ensure that those guests have the best experience possible while visiting. I assist guests who may be hearing and or visually impaired. Many of the exhibits in the Hall of Fame are technology based, it is my job to make sure they are functioning properly throughout the day in order to meet/exceed our guests expectations. As a supervisor it is my responsibility to balance cash receipts before we open and after we close. I'm also responsible for problem solving situations within our tours should one arise.
