I have multiple years of experience working over the summer at a high school as a computer technician assistant. These years have really allowed me to develop both technical and non technical skills. I have gained a lot of communication skills through the various interactions I have had while working this job. My most proud accomplishment has been when I designed and created a canoe for my senior year of high school. As an interesting challenge to myself I decided to task myself with designing and building a canoe for which I could use in the summer. In doing such I had to determine a lot of different principles such as how much stress could be placed on the wood before it snapped and how I could build it in such a way that it wouldn't sink. In the end I successfully built it, waterproofed it and now enjoy summer days in it.
