I work within Value-Based Operations and Enterprise Analytics to provide our primary care and specialty clinical partners with meaningful analyses, valuable insights, and actionable information surrounding population health and value-based contracting. My team creates reporting structure around utilization and quality measures across the enterprise, measuring performance on our value-based payer arrangements while identifying best practices and optimization opportunities as we shift from volume to value.

Independently coordinating industry sponsored, federally funded, and internally funded research trials within the Digestive Disease and General Surgery Institute. Assisted with conceptualization, budget creation, planning, and implementation of clinical trial protocols while adhering to federal and local laws. Coordinated complex colorectal surgery studies, bringing together multiple institutes and areas of the hospital to ensure smooth and accurate running of research trials. Served as a consultant for process development of other trials in other areas of Digestive Disease.
