I have a customer-focused philosophy that is the foundation for the way I conduct business. I always set out to lead technically, looking to add value in a quantifiable way. I have successfully managed projects from the definition of objectives to the delivery of complex solutions. Clear and frequent communication with my customers, project stakeholders, and team members remains the most critical component to this success. Most of my experience has been in the oil and gas industry, but I did take a detour for some post-graduate education and materials science research. I got to learn about the mechanical behavior of polymers and how the shape and structure of molecules could contribute to protecting soldiers from projectiles and astronauts from orbital debris. I performed hypervelocity impact experiments and simulated crack tunneling in fatigue and fracture specimens.I enjoy learning and continue to do so everyday, developing new skills and competencies along the way.
