When I was younger, I was always fascinated by technology and computers, so I spent a considerable amount of time reading about computers and exploring the features of my PC. In my current role, my interest in IT has been fueled by the opportunity to work with technology at an Amazon logistics facility. I recently decided to take advantage of an educational opportunity through Amazon that allowed me to pursue a career in IT by obtaining my Google IT Support Professional Certificate.My work history has provided me with a training ground to build skills that transfer well to an IT Support role. Over the last five years, I have worked in logistics where my strong work ethic has enabled me to thrive in fast-paced environments while collaborating effectively with a diverse team. These experiences have shaped me into a reliable and adaptable professional and instilled in me the importance of attention to detail and precision.In addition to my warehouse background, I developed customer engagement skills during my two-year tenure as a Team Member at K&G Fashion Superstore. This role allowed me to develop and refine my ability to provide exceptional customer service, further enhancing my interpersonal skills.As I embark on this new chapter in my career, I am committed to expanding my knowledge through additional certifications and embracing the numerous opportunities for growth that the IT field has to offer.
