As the Executive Director of Operations, mostly a title change, I have the oversight of the 100+ Team Members and operations of the entire business. Maintaining and creating new systems with a very fast paced and growing environment. Being a good steward of everything in the store from equipment, to people, and to profits of the overall business. To be the leading example of culture and guidance of daily operations. These are some of the things I do, and to list everything would create an extensive list.

In this role, I worked for owner-operators and corporate locations as a top level leader helping build business and leadership growth at the locations served, and help transition teams to new ownership and consulting to other locations.

In this role, I served the district manager in helping transition stores management teams and hold the teams accountable, as well as train the team members and managers the standard operating procedures. I had the opportunity to help transition three different locations.

During this time, I served as the Drive-Thru and Training director. This role served as a direct oversight to the hiring, orientation, and training of all team members and leaders, as well as overseeing the busiest area of the business to maximize its growth.

Assisted the general manager in any and all roles needed. Develop and train leadership for other locations. Schedule and inventory maintenance. Recruiting, hiring, and catering events

As a team leader I served the team in leading shifts and shift set ups, assisted the general manager in inventory maintenance, as well as maintaining the standards of quality and food safety to corporate standards.
