I have worked in restaurant hospitality for seven years. My first five years were spent in various hourly roles learning the ins and outs of restaurants. As well as striving to grow and train others to grow with me. My final two years in restaurants I began learning how to manage. As a manager I was tasked with overseeing three departments, balancing employee schedules, tracking bar inventory and ordering, and submitting invoices. Aside from my listed office duties I was also in charge of keeping the restaurant running smoothly during business hours, seeking growth opportunities within my staff, and overseeing training programs within my departments.
