I was the cargo services and product development manager for CX/KA for whole PR China region which has 19 ports in total. I was responsible for all cargo & a/c operation in these ports ,including new freight port's opening, GHA management, RFS suppliers administration, cargo & a/c safety and security, internal & external audit , new cargo products development and promotion,roll-out, staff's training and development ,mail business promotion . It is very complicated and hard work everyday but full of challenges and interestings.

I was the cargo services manager for Cathay Pacific airways and Dragon Air ( KA) and Air Hongkong from Jan2008 till Jun2013 , I was in charge of all cargo and aircraft handling for CX(Cathay )/KA(Dragon Air) /LD (Air hongkong) in Shanghai, we had 16 pax flights each day, max 27 freighters( B747F) a week ex PVG . My team had around 30 staff and worked round the clock. I was also in charge of the safety, security, contract , team development, GHA management for CX/KA/LD in PVG .

I was the regional cargo operation manager in China for Lufthansa Cargo from Oct2006 till Dec2007 ,during this period, I am in charge of SHA(PVG),CTU,PEK,HKG,TPE,CAN 's cargo operation , mainly for the normal and safe cargo & aircraft safe operation in these ports,also new port's opening , contract's negotiation ,duty holder for overall cargo & aircraft operation in PRC.
