 Installed, maintained and troubleshot three phase and single-phase AC/DC power devices, such as power control systems, AC/DC motor, PLC unit, batteries and accessories. Used technical drawings and schematics to troubleshoot and repair complex machines and equipments that include high-speed packaging machines, filter machines, conveyors, etc. Ensured strict compliance with GMP, Food Safety, SOPs, HACCP, OHSA and other pertinent policies, procedures. Performed maintenance of gearboxes, vacuum pumps, motors, blowers, and conveyors. Repaired and replaced the component on slicer, crumb shaking table, dynamic spices units, blender mixer, packaging machine, case erector, fuel gas oven, and fastback machine. Used machine tools, welding equipment to fabricate parts in the workshop. Calibrated process controls to maintain or improve equipment performance (OEE), provided assistance in process operations and laboratory analysis results to monitor products quality.  Performed various preventative maintenance tasks like cleaning, inspection, lubrication, greasing and oiling as necessary.

 Repaired or replaced defective machinery parts such as worn shaft, worn bearing, cylinder, valve, pipes, hoses, filter, and worn gear. Set up Performance Tests and Durability Tests in the Product Development of new internal combustion engine components such as water pumps, modules or balancer shafts. Tested and validated components manufactured within Magna Powertrain to ensure product safety and reliability standards are met.  Maintained and troubleshoot testing equipment and accessories such as instrumentation, machining equipment, PLC's. Fabricated brackets, fixtures, and fittings etc. by using MIG and STICK welding machine and machine shop tool. Created and performed routine maintenance work on testing equipment such as cleaning, changing oiling, greasing, inspection etc.

 Troubleshot and maintained production equipment, which included electrical, hydraulics, mechanic and pneumatic components such as cylinders, motor, pumps, valves, pipes, hoses, filters, gearboxes, bearing assemblies etc.  Assembled the worm shaft with the bearings and placed the assembly into the housing. Installed belt drives and chain drives, aligned the centre lines of the pulleys. Rebuilt, replaced, adjusted a roller chain drive sprocket and driven sprocket. Fabricated brackets, fixtures, shelves, chutes, boxes, machine guards, encloses, etc. Performed electrical trouble shooting tasks such as changing fuses and electrical switches, adjusting limited switches and sensor etc.  Improved hydraulic circuits and systems in regards to stoppage of leaks, cleanliness of hydraulic oil, replacement of untidy pipes and hoses etc. Performed preventive and predictive maintenance on production and production equipment.

 Performed mechanical tasks including machining, fabrication, welding, maintenance, repairs, and improvements as required.  Installed and repaired all kind of the injection moldings on the conveyor, adjusted, aligned and troubleshot the position of the moulds by machine control panel. Performed electrical troubleshooting tasks such as installing configuring and calibrating test instrumentation (sensors, transducers and gauges), adjusting limited switches and sensor etc. Directed and assisted semi-skilled and unskilled staff. Performed analysis, evaluation, installation and maintenance on mechanical equipments and systems and ensures compliance to all regulatory requirements and procedures. Inspected, tested, recorded and monitored piston hardness and machining accuracy to correct equipment performance. Initiated material purchase orders and maintained inventories and records as well as following up on maintenance quality.
