One of Hunter's main responsibilities was to elicit and document business requirements in order to research solutions for replacing Zoho CRM. He led a team to evaluate various solutions including Constant Contact, other Zoho product solutions and SalesForce.com. SalesForce.com was selected as it most closely aligned with key requirements. Hunter converted the existing data into SalesForce and implemented custom configurations.
